In Boston's Irish neighborhood of Charlestown, the Code of Silence
still reigns. Witnesses never live to testify. When Sean, a transplant
from the West Coast, overhears two townies plotting a murder, he warns
the victim. Soon he finds himself in a life or death struggle with
those who live by the Code of Silence.
